RX Pay Card

The Competitor RX Pay Card is available nationwide at over 42,000 pharmacies. Prescription Drug copayments are:

• The first tier is generic drugs that will be available to you for a payment of up to $10.00
• The second tier is brand name drugs and select generic drugs that will be available to you for a payment of up to $20.00.
• The third tier is brand name drugs and select generic drugs that will be available to you for a payment of up to $50.00.
• The fourth tier is brand name drugs that have negotiated special network pricing for you. For special network pricing, present your card at a participating pharmacy.

This RX-Pay Card also features automatic acceptance - no underwriting or health questions. There are no time limits for pre-existing conditions and no monthly or annual maximums. Payment is accepted by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or automatic monthly bank draft.
